This podcast is birthed from a place of an urging desire to share the the gifts I receive from meditation. Even though knowing the benefits of Mindful Meditation since forever long it did not dawn on me in experience until a calamity took place in my life that I had to reevaluate my actions, decisions and how it all played a part to the life I have created- I no longer live joyfully. It is during this period of confusion and mental entanglements that I learned to SIT STILL. How can I be still until I Know? Here I share my voice and Presence with you.
