In this episode, I will be guiding you to a place of total relaxation. This meditation will promote good sleep, release tension and stress. It has a calming effect as we take the time to unwind and practice a simple pranayama. I suggest you do this meditation right before bed and not have any screen time after🔕🔇📵 to really honor your time to REST. 💤
