The heart attack 🫀❤️‍🩹 Hello, welcom to a new episode of medic pode, it’s been a long time I miss talking with you. Today we gonna talk about the causes of heart attack or also known as the myocardial infraction. And after that we gonna see how can we avoid it . The heart attack is the almost cause of major illnesses and deaths worldwide and it happened when fatty or plaques develop on the walls of our coronary arteries and block completely the way of the blood and within several minutes the oxygen starved cells start to die . So what’s the causes of heart attack ? Well before anything we have to know that in the heart we have blood vessels, some of it are the cornary arteries that oxygenate muscle cells of heart , and the narrowing of the coronary arteries cause the heart failure or heart attack. 1 . Coronary artery disease . 2 . High blood pressure . 3 . Smoking . 4 . High cholesterol . 5 . Diabetes . 6 . Obesity . 7 . Family history. 8 . Stress . To treat this there are lots of medication But as we know prevention is better than cure, Doctors recommend exercising a few times a week, a low consommation of sugar and fats and instead replace them with vegetables,chicken or fish also whole grains and nuts ,all that control ur weight in a healthy range which will inshaallah lower your heart attack risk as well ,also it’s important to mention that avoiding tobacco use ,a good sleep and being in a good mode help too .
