冷靜小朋友下來的方法: 探射燈看呼吸

父母可以平常就和小孩練習深呼吸,在做腹式深呼吸 (Diaphragmatic Breathing)時,請小孩把一隻手在放肚子上 (如果小孩是躺著,可以請小孩放一個小玩偶在肚子上)。吸氣時數五秒鐘(1–2–3–4–5),在吸氣時小孩的手要感覺到肚子是鼓出來的不是縮起來 (如果是肚子上放玩偶,在吸氣時小玩偶應該要升起來),吸氣後停留5~10秒鐘,然後再慢慢地吐氣(數到5,1–2–3–4–5),吐氣時肚子會慢慢縮回去。
