Connie Walker is an award-winning investigative journalist Nana aba met when they both worked at CBC. After winning a Pulitzer and a Peabody for her podcast Stolen: Surviving St. Michael’s, Connie talks about how she decided to “shine the biggest spotlight” she possibly could on her family history with St. Michael’s residential school, why she left CBC, and how Indigenous representation in news media is changing.
