The media is a major source of how people learn about sex, love, and relationships. But how much of what we see is actually true? Borderline Latina Takes Over Haiti
Social Justice from a Critique Freak perspective. In this episode, I am resharing a recent live I did on #GivingTuesday. In the spirit of generosity through "giving" knowledge, I dive into a true retelling of the history of US involvement in Haiti. Decolonizing and unlearning will ensue. Spoiler alert: it's messed up. Through this discussion, I highlight the reasons why folks, particularly Americans, should still give a f&@% about all of this today and consider philanthropic efforts to help restore economic stability in the resilient nation.
