Prepping yourself for the consultation with a new patient is just as important as prepping your space! You need to present a knowledgeable and professional front so the patient feels comfortable and confident with choosing to receive treatment from your practice! A few ways you can do this are:
1️⃣ Make sure you have a good presentation prepared - know what you're talking about and how to present it to the patient.
2️⃣ When the patient thinks they may want to try a different treatment, have a strategy in place for how to pivot the conversation to accommodate what they want.
