the American writer and global citizen Ernest Hemingway, his books, career as a journalist, Nobel Prize and his rich expat life. We also talk cultural hubs and whether start-up-rich tech hubs such as Berlin, Paris and the Silicon Valley are where it’s all happening today. Matt shares his experience living in Paris with a great recommendation for tourists and expats living there, we briefly touch on some great English, American, Russian and French literature and even manage to weave Made in Chelsea and German Kneipen into the conversation!
