Jared is back this week for this month’s coparenting series. We leave nothing off the table as we dive into the depths of the real truths of what led to the breakdown of our relationship and marriage. These are parts of myself and my story that I haven’t shared before. Words even Jared heard for the very first time.

These are the parts of my past I once felt were too dark and shameful to say out loud. Through a lot of inner work, self reflection and compassion for the old versions of me, I am finally able to bring it all to the surface.
