Creamy tacos:
2lbs hamburger meat
(Vegetarian) Morning Star Griller Veggie Crumbles OR opt for extra beans!
1 can Rotel
2 cans Ranch Style beans
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1lb Velveeta
1/2 pint of whipping cream
Doritos, or chips of choice
Toppings of your choice
Brown hamburger meat and crumble. Dab with paper towels to remove excess fat. (Cook Morning Star Crumbles as directions state, or skip this step if you are subbing with more beans!) Add beans, rotel, taco seasoning, onion, bell pepper, and velveeta. Mix until cheese is melted. Add whipping cream. Mix together and let sit until all heated through. Serve in a bowl over chips with your choice of toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion)
