The thermostat creates the environment, defines the temperature, and influences the mood of any space.  The thermometer reads the room, measures the temperature, and responds to accordingly to change.  The thermostat leads, while the thermometer follows.  This is a story about how I'm constantly learning how to lead and how to follow.
