This podcast is a little different!

In just a few days, we are heading to one of the year's most important Canadian Agility Championships. So, the time has come to think about the mindset and mental game needed to set ourselves up for the best chance at success!

In their last class before the trip, the McCann Clan asked me for a pre-competition pep talk! So, late last night "After Class", I did a brain dump of all my thoughts! With this quick turnaround, I decided to jump into the studio to share this pep talk with all of you! I thought it might be helpful to listen to on the way to a competition.
