Our vibration decides what we recall every memory we hold depends on our frequency.
Forgetting isn’t failure, it’s wisdom in motion. It helps us focus on what’s happening right now.
And remembering isn’t about the past; it’s about using what you’ve learned to understand the moment you’re in.
When we balance the two, we stay connected not stuck.
The Big Lesson
Remembering connects you to wisdom.
Forgetting connects you to presence.
If you hold on too tight, you can’t move forward.
If you let go too easily, you lose your roots.
True awareness is knowing when to do both.
