I’ve noticed that most people believe that someone who has special abilities is also spiritually awake.
But that’s definitely not the case! Many people have non-ordinary abilities or have special gifts but are not spiritually awake. And here’s where the weirdness starts. Because of their gifts, others start to give their power away to them, which can be a dangerous thing, especially if the person with the gifts is not acting in integrity or is downright predatory.
In this episode, we’re breaking some myths about gurus, special abilities and awakening, and we’ll talk about what to look out for so you’re not being bamboozled by an unscrupulous guru or get sucked into some weird cult.
