You know how people talk about how formal education and the school system is all sorts of sideways? (I used to get so angry about this btw) One of the things that we learn or get trained in, in the school system is how to measure our progress - and the way that they teach us or train us - is truly fucked.
When I was teaching. I didn't use the basic way to track progress - I made up my own system. And I want to share it with you today because everyone needs this and it is, in my opinion, what and how grading systems could be set up to better suit all humans.
