We've all fell prey to it at some points along the way - isolation.  Getting stuck in our own heads can not only let all the wrong voices start to run the show, but it can seriously put a damper on what would ordinarily be a successful day.  

Today on the show Patrick shares a story of how isolation set him back a bit, but more importantly how reaching out to someone else to bounce ideas off of really pulled his thoughts out of the muck, and back into a place of willingness and positive momentum, and not to mention greater success as a result.
