Amber McCormick is a nature-based life coach who specializes in working with HSPs and ADHDers. She is passionate about nature and human connection and is dedicated to empowering clients to live their most authentic lives, connected to themselves and others. She understands the powerful healing that nature provides and will guide you, through the use of the natural world, to discover and love your authentic self. Her coaching education includes both experiential and traditional coursework in nature connection, partswork, gestalt therapy, grief, and trauma. She is experienced in navigating life as a highly sensitive person and ADHDer, as well as healing from narcissistic abuse and navigating other challenging relationships.
