Today, we speak with Matt Beard, the Head Coach for West Ham United Women in the FA WSL. Matt's coaching journey is extensive, he's worked for  Charlton Athletic Ladies, Millwall Lionesses, Chelsea Ladies FC, Liverpool Ladies FC, Boston Breakers, and in June 2018 he was appointed manager of West Ham United Women. One of his biggest coaching achievements came during the 2013 & 2014 FA WSL seasons, where Beard won back to back championships with Liverpool FC Ladies.
