The change in season is a great time to start prospecting again. Prospecting is the first step in the relationship-building process, which consists of identifying potential massage therapy clients, aka prospects. The goal of prospecting is to develop a humanist database of likely clients and then systematically communicate with them in the hopes of converting them from potential clients to current clients. It can be scary for some and an absolute joy for others.  We hope that we can share how to make it a joy to you.
