Not all heroes wear capes. Some of them can't put the capes on because they don't have thumbs. What they do have is fur, four feet, powerful snouts, and they are usually highly cute. Masha and the Dogs explores the hero dogs throughout history and shines a spotlight on every-day dogs who are heroes in their own rights (just as ask their pawrents).

Ep. 2: Hachiko and Zora

On the 86th anniversary of his passing, we remember and honour a true symbol of loyalty: Hachiko. We learn the real story of this amazing dog (not told by Richard Gere) and find out things like what Hachiko means, why he was named that, and why he kept coming back to the same train station every day for 9 years.

Plus, we are joined by two amazing ladies: Sam and Zora. Sam shares her and Zora's journey: from an unwanted rescue pup to the most loved, soon-to-be big sister.
