This podcast is hosted by Martin Condon. Martin has a BSc honors in Herbal Science, is a campaigner for cannabis legalisation, drug user decriminalisation, and spent convictions for those convicted of personal drug possession. Martin recently ran in the General Election in Ireland in his constituency Cork North Central. The podcast aims to assist with the legalisation of cannabis in Ireland by uniting the cannabis community. We also aim to educate people about the efforts being made around the world to reduce the harms caused by drugs and also drug prohibition.

In this episode of the podcast I get to chat with Charlene one of the organisers of the Major Smoke up protest in the Phoenix park on the 10th of July @2pm by the Wellington monument. Last years protest went down really well with no interference from the authorities with the people who showed up to protest (consume cannabis) . This year the protest will include a march that will bring the protesters past the Criminal courts for Justice, the Director for Public Prosecutions and the Garda Headquarters . Make sure to bring banners to express your views and opinions to the public. The media should be there taking photos and covering the protest so make sure you represent the community well .
