This podcast is hosted by Martin Condon. Martin has a BSc honors in Herbal Science, is a campaigner for cannabis legalisation, drug user decriminalisation, and spent convictions for those convicted of personal drug possession. Martin recently ran in the General Election in Ireland in his constituency Cork North Central. The podcast aims to assist with the legalisation of cannabis in Ireland by uniting the cannabis community. We also aim to educate people about the efforts being made around the world to reduce the harms caused by drugs and also drug prohibition.

Martins World episode 22 with Gary Youds of Liverpool's Chillin Rooms

In this episode of the podcast I get to chat with Gary Youds of Liverpool's "Chillin Rooms" which is the oldest Cannabis club in Liverpool. Gary started his journey back in 2002 after a conference that inspired him to set up the Chillin Rooms cannabis cafe. He tells me of the people who inspired this journey such as Colin Davies of "The Dutch Experience" which was another cannabis cafe set up in Manchester at the time and also the late Nol Van Schaik (RIP) of Willy Wortels cannabis cafe in Holland who helped teach gary a couple of things about running a cannabis cafe.

Gary is soon to open his cannabis cafe in Liverpool again once the current restrictions have been lowered and people can gather in groups again to socialise. He is also to launch an App on April 20th which will help anyone else who wants to set up their own cannabis cafe.
