How are facts used to improve when talking sexual fantasies along side partners

Many never address their sexual needs. As a result, their sexual frustration can damage their overall well-being. If you have a problem with your sexuality, you might feel defective and inadequate in other areas too.

Sexual problems are widespread. However, when people try to address their sexual challenges themselves, if they do not have professional support, they can find themselves getting stuck in their old patterns. Sexuality is complex, and the factors contributing to the development and persistence of our sexual problems can operate outside of our conscious awareness.

In my experience as a clinical psychologist who practices sex therapy, some sexual problems may get resolved quickly, but some challenges might take longer. However that may be, there is always a solution. You don’t need to suffer in secret!

Common reasons for trying sex therapy include:

  • Rapid ejaculation
  • Erectile dysfunction
  • Delayed ejaculation
  • Painful intercourse (e.g., vaginismus or vulvodynia)
  • Lack of desire
  • Mismatched libido
  • Inability of orgasm
  • Seeking recovery from sexual trauma
  • Sexual preferences that are not mainstream
