He continues, “Some businesses focus only on hiring data scientists. But in reality, we need much more than data scientists alone to deliver real value and build AI solutions.”
According to Hugo, tech companies often emphasize practice and talent but neglect implementing the right AI technologies and tools. “To succeed, we must concentrate on three pillars: process, platform, and people. Only then can we deliver meaningful AI solutions, whether for clients or internal teams.”
