For almost three decades, Corporal (Ret.) Alan Wilkett has devoted his career in service to the community with the Pasco Sheriff's Office, sacrificing his own safety and security for the greater good. From patrolling the streets to investigating major crimes, securing the courts, and preventing further criminal activity, Wilkett has selflessly gone above and beyond in every assignment in law enforcement.
His hard work and dedication were recognized in 2007 when he was named Law Enforcement Deputy of the Year, and in October 2019, he was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Florida Crime Prevention Association. Along with his exemplary work, Wilkett co-founded the Human Trafficking Foundation, which furthered his mission of bringing justice and eradicating modern-day slavery.
