In this episode of Marginalized Notes, we speak with storyteller, activist, and human rights advocate Sobhi Khatib. Sobhi has a rich background in psychology and human rights, and lecutured courses on Activism, Social movements, diversity, and inclusion as well as other topics Wageningen University in Amersterdam. As co-founder of The Hummus Academy and a board member at 7amleh, Sobhi is deeply involved in connecting culture with activism and supporting digital awareness for activists. He is also a regional specialist at Het Actiefonds, where he supports global movements with training and resources for impactful change.

In this episode, Sobhi reflects on his journey from childhood activism in Palestine to embracing storytelling as a powerful medium for advocacy for human rights in the western context.
