Gus doesn't shy away from doing the "hard stuff", including moving a shop, implementing an ERP, and is currently managing a shift from 10% medical and dental device manufacturing to 80%. Wow.
Gus talks to Greg McHale about investing in education, making time for family, and the advice he gives his kids.
