We have one of the 'good guys' in for today's episode. Former metallurgist and now one of Australia's leader's in workplace complexity reduction - Stuart Ewin.
Stuart started work in the steel industry in Wollongong, then trained as a mechanical engineer. We first worked together at BHP Steel's Newcastle rod mill, where we brought Stuart into the team to look into custom perspective in our manufacturing operations.
