#48 Van Balans naar Eenheid: een reis in de verdieping van de vrouwelijke & mannelijke energie
De reis van mijn leven is er één waarbij ervaringen van extremiteiten en het vinden van evenwicht hiertussen een grote rol speelt. Voor de laatste 5 jaar heb ik deze dans geoefend in de polariteiten van de vrouwelijke en mannelijke energie, en deel ik graag deze reis met jullie in deze nieuwe podcast. Ik neem jullie mee naar het begin van mijn reis waar het gaat over halsstarrige relatiepatronen en de vrouwelijke wonde, en over mijn eerste ontmoeting met wat deze twee energieën inhouden. In een tweede stuk van de reis spreek ik over vrouwelijk leiderschap, groeien integriteit, het nemen van verantwoordelijkheden,
het belichamen van je mannelijke energie en de transformatie van Prinses naar Koningin. In een derde fase leg ik de focus op de dans en balans tussen het vrouwelijke en het mannelijke en maak ik de cirkel rond door te delen hoe deze balans dan overgaat naar de eenwording van beide energieën.
