
I’m the happiest I’ve ever been and it’s not because everything in my life is “perfect.” It’s because over the years I’ve made little shifts (like not watching the news and wearing cute outfits to workout) that changed the way I feel, show up and live every day. In this episode, I’m sharing the things I started doing (and the things I stopped doing) that made me so much happier.
