Today's episode is all about positive thinking versus negative thinking and how this can change your entire life. We will share numerous studies including a study about talking to plants with positive versus negative speech has become quite famous, with several variations performed over the years. One of the most widely known versions is associated with Dr. Masaru Emoto, who studied the effects of words and intentions on water crystals, and the concept was then applied to plants. We give practical examples of how you can apply this to your life in sports, school, and with friends. We also give you an experiment you can do this week to test out the power of positive thinking.
