Church burnout is always traced back to the leadership and how they take care of the health and well-being of its own staff. Many pastors and therefore churches can benefit from using marijuana as a stress reliever. Immigrant church workers are usually living a life in a state of servitude as their immigration status is often dangled in front of them to work harder. Continuing our Bible study on Mark 8.
