אנחנו שמחים לארח היום את רון שושני, הידוע יותר בשמו רונשו בוגר קורס תכנות קנ״ב ושירות בבסמ״ח, ממט״ל וממר״ם כיום הוא מנהל הפיתוח בסטארטאפ הישראלי המוצלח Lumen שגייס לאחרונה 62 מליון דולר.
דיברנו על החוויות מקורס תכנות, והשירות הצבאי ביחידות השונות וכמובן על הקריירה האזרחית המגוונת בשלל תפקידי הובלה בעולם הפיתוח מתפקידיו בחברת אופיטר כראש צוות פיתוח, ראש קבוצה ומנהל הפיתוח ועד לימינו כמנהל הפיתוח של לומן ועל האתגרים שיש בדרך הניהולית הזו בבחירת כח האדם, בניית DNA של R&D ועוד.
