The Son of Monte Cristo (1940) w/ Antonio Palacios

On this week's episode Phillip is joined once again by Antonio Palacios from The Cultworthy Podcast and Back 2 the Balcony Podcast. Phillip starts the show by giving the general information about the movie with some facts thrown in by him and Antonio. It's then time for Listener' Opinions from Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. Then Phillip and Antonio discuss The Son of Monte Cristo, a sword and cape movie from 1940. It's a great conversation. They then answer the question of whether they see anything in this movie that Tarantino might have liked or used in a film. Phillip and Antonio then individually rate the movie. They then answer the question of whether they would buy this movie, rent it, or find it for free. It's then time for Phil's Film Favorite of the Week; Brazil (1985). Antonio then recommends The Paperboy (1994) and The Godsend (1980). Then Phillip promotes next week's episode when he will be joined by Sam Panico from B and S about Movies and Drive In Asylum on YouTube to discuss On the Old Spanish Trail from 1947. Thanks for listening and or watching.
