Mead has been on an explosive rise in the USA. It's just a matter of time before it catches on in Australia and we want to be the first to bring craft mead to our hometown in Sydney.

I'm Tim, I've been running Hello Sweetheart - a wedding photography & videography company for 6 years. As much as I love it, I think it's time I throw myself into a new challenge and open Sydney's first meadery.

I've teamed up with Josh, an award winning home brewer and I'm hoping that with his brewing experience and my business smarts we can pull off this crazy idea.

We're excited to talk to passionate and intelligent people in the industry who can help steer us in the right direction as well as share our personal journey of starting a business from scratch.
