Men: (10 × weight in kg) + (6.25 × height in cm) - (5 × age in years) + 5.
Women: (10 × weight in kg) + (6.25 × height in cm) - (5 × age in years) - 161.
Multiply that value with the following activity factor:
Sedentary: 1.2
Lightly active: 1.375
Moderately active: 1.55
Very active: 1.725
Extra active: 1.9
