We talk about how her life changed drastically as a child when her family moved from their home country of France to the United States. She felt completely out of place and separated from her large extended family and we discuss the impacts that had on her life and sense of belonging. We get to see how she's finally coming to see the blessings that came from that experience and how she's finally discovering, and working on creating, a community where she feels like she truly belongs.
