What we eat can be a really simple change to make but frankly, it can be a tremendous challenge as well. We are very married to our food choices, and sometimes we even become addicted to them. This especially is an issue if your diet is full of processed foods load with salt, sugar and bad fats.

In this edition of Major Health Minutes, I offer five foods that are easy to incorporate into your diet to help boost your immune system. A strong immune system is always important, but in the time in which we are living, it is even more so. Check these out and see what you can add on your plate to strengthen your immune system and ensure you continue to enjoy good health!
