Last week life threw me a big ole curveball, and in that moment, my mentor reminded me:

You are ALWAYS in your own energy.

You get to decide if you are going to allow the challenges, the tests, the breakdowns to pull the rug out from under you, to send you 4 steps back, to send your energy in a downward spiral

OR

If you are going to remain present in your energy because you understand that you are not your circumstances.

It’s about being so rooted in who you are and building such an unshakeable sense of self-worth that NOTHING life throws at you can disrupt your energy and your truth.

In this episode, I share how learning to FULLY FEEL MY FKN EMOTIONS has helped me view the sticky icky tricky moments in life as lil speed bumps instead of big ole mountains - and I hope it helps you too 🫶🏼
