In November 1968, 120 armed North Korean commandos infiltrated the Ulchin and Samcheok regions with the goal of establishing a guerrilla base. This led to the loss of dozens of lives, including civilians, soldiers, and police officers. We take a closer look at this armed infiltration incident.
