بطلة السباحة منى كامل ابتديت تعيش الحياه بعد ال٦٠! 

منى كانت لا تمت للرياضة بصلة  وابتديت العوم وسنها ٦٣ سنة. بعد الفيديو ده ما اتسجل، منى حققت حلم كبير وفازت بثلاث ميداليات فضية في بطولة العالم للسباحة بالزعانف و بكده بقت أول مصرية تفوز بالعدد ده من الميداليات في السباحة في السن ده. يا ترى اللي شجعها توصل لده؟🥈🇪🇬  قصتها حلوه جدا.  💫

Swimming champion Mona Kamel always tells me, my best life started after I hit 60 years old. A true inspiration. She’s always radiating with positive energy.
