When you make a request to God, you'll can receive a yes, no, or wait. "Wait" is by far the hardest because we are beings of right now and often lack the patience to allow things (and ourselves) to mature at the level where we are ready for where he called us to be. Trusting God is easy but do you trust God's timing enough to wait? The lesson here is that wait often means "not yet" and while many people assume it means to stay still. Waiting opens up the opportunity for growth and self awareness and direction that you don't get standing the same spot. While you're waiting, look around and see the areas where you may need to mature and stay prepared for the opportunity when it does arrive.
