In this episode, I talk to Mr Praise Fowowe, who is a speaker, author, sex educator, and child abuse activist. He is the founder of the Centre for Sex Education and Family Life. Fowowe is the Principal consultant of Praise Fowowe International as well as the founder of The Institute of Family Engineering & Development Africa. A counselor to many, we discussed the intersection of Faith, Culture & The Mind. We zeroed in on Mental Health, our it becomes mental illness, and the role of gatekeepers (i.e. Pastors) in bringing mental health awareness to our communities.
