Mariant is the Founder and CEO of Ideal Farmers. A 21st-century Agricultural company that specializes in Greenhouse construction and farming, project management, and agricultural consulting

She shares her struggles as a farmer and vision in the agricultural space. Encouraging a change in the way the general public perceives farming. Through her flagship project, the Ideal Farmers Youth Recognition Award IFYRA, she hopes to award young, hardworking farmers around Africa who produce and farm without being encouraged by the masses. She looks to replicate BET Awards but for farmers. In this episode, Mariant shares what motivates her and how she hopes to achieve all she has planned under Ideal Farmers and IFYRA
