In this meditation, I share a poem I wrote from my own experience of overcoming fear and anxiety.


Together with gentle guidance and breath awareness, this meditation supports you in shfiting your inner world from fear to love,

helping you feel safe and grounded, returning to the light that has always been within you.


If you’ve been feeling anxious, worried, or unsettled lately, this one is for you.

• Release fear and anxiety – through breath and awareness, dissolving what makes you feel uneasy.

• Reconnect with your inner light and love – by returning to the present moment, feeling the strength already within you.

• Deepen self-acceptance and emotional stability – not resisting emotions, but learning to stay with yourself and feel safe in each moment.
