15 Min Bee Breath to Reset Your Nervous System Fast

Bee Breath Practice (Bhramari Pranayama) comes from the ancient traditions of Yoga and Ayurveda. It is a deeply healing sound-based breathing technique, especially helpful to help you calm anxiety, release stress, and balance mind & body.


Grounded in science, just a few minutes of Bhramari breathing naturally increase nitric oxide (NO) levels in the body by over 15 times!


Nitric oxide is a naturally occurring gas molecule that plays a vital role in the human body:

– Dilates blood vessels and improves oxygen circulation

– Supports nervous system regulation and self-healing

– Reduces inflammation and boosts immunity


In this 15-minute session, we will complete 3 rounds of guided humming (30 breaths total), along with gentle variations to help you quickly reset the nervous system, relax, and heal.
