This part of my life is titled “Inner-Fear” in which we discuss & challenge that long list of mental fears that we ALL have that are interfering with us becoming the men and women that we know that we have the potential to be. So many of us have ideas to write books or start businesses or start podcasts or even become musicians but the inner-fears (doubt, anxiety, low self-esteem, imposter syndrome & the list continues) tells you that you can NOT do it.
