On this episode I get raw and honest of how hard this year 2023 has been! I catch you up on everything myself and my family have been going through. I am trying to create awareness with Colon Cancer after my brother went through it in February. No one ever said life would be easy but I didn’t expect it to get this hard all at once! For anyone who is having a rough year so far please know this is only temporary and this too shall pass! You got this, keep going. I’ve had to deal with a lot of issues that have come up for me & left me feeling helpless/triggered. Those are the difficult moments that life will definitely bring but I am not a weak b**** & refuse to give up! If it’s one thing I am though it’s a chillona so trigger warning I do cry 😭 (Sorry not sorry, it’s okay to cry!)
