
In this major triggering episode, I talk about my own personal health/ weight loss journey as far as my health, eating habits, and working out. I go into detail about everything I have tried in the past to lose weight. My weight has always been an issue for me personally as I have always been overweight for most of my life. It took me hitting rock bottom and really analyzing and beginning my self-love journey. I had to come to terms with my toxic habits, being an emotional eater, using alcohol as a crutch, and doing unhealthy things in the past. I was not happy where I was and I knew something had to change and no one else could help me but myself. I analyze my old/new eating habits and go into detail about the new 21-day reset program I am currently doing with the help of Jessica from La Luz Wellness. It is definitely one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life and I hadn't realized how difficult it would be for me to break up with sugar, processed foods, and most carbs. I hope this episode makes you reanalyze yourself and see where you might be able to work on/change habits that are not serving you or helping you anymore.
