Where do you find yourself, when you feel bad? You can get very consumed with your feelings, it takes you into the moment and then you can project your feelings on to other people. It's hard to put yourself in other peoples shoes, you can empathise with them but you don't experience their life. So you can never know how they are feeling. With that knowledge, when some is feeling bad and they are having a bad day it might have nothing to do with you when they are projecting their shit on to you. Same goes for you. when you are feeling bad it's not them it's you.
