Do you have no choice but to work? How do you alleviate your pain or the information that you emotions give you! I always find something good in the bad places because there is always good to be found. I think it's hard when you get the draw to negative emotion to not let it consume you when you are feeling miserable so what are you doing to not be in pain!!
